Using the skill DreadAura works fine, it's when you go to turn it off. if you don't have 150 mana or more you can't turn it off to cast it. But with it on it takes 25 mana a tick so you either need to log out which can get you killed since it;s an aoe. or try and expend all your mana to the point it can't be cast anymore.
