SSD or lower priced OS?

Every win 7 OS is around the same and I refuse to use that shitty tablet port win 8 as for SSD I most likely will buy a 250gb SSD later on for my OS and important crap but not right now.

Clearly you've never used 8.1; If you're not willing to try out new software/hardware before judging it, I can't help you

It's not really worth it if you already have a computer running 7, but for a new build it's a good decision. The hivemind likes to complain about that start menu but honestly I never see it when I use my computer. I only installed it way back to have an informed opinion on how shit it was, and it turned out to be better than 7. It sounds crazy I know, but it's good.

As many other folks have mentioned... You don't really need the i7 CPU but if you are dead set on it you can find it for a better price...

As I said its there only because I already have one in my current build
