Suggestion Creative Day/Night Cycle

Can we get a system where it can be voted to set it to day/night instead of having time move normally?

Personally, when I build daytime is better so you can see everything. But having a vote system can let even 1 person make it night if they're alone. Otherwise they need a popular vote to change it.

Wait, doesn't OptiFine have a day/night lock option? Someone can just use that in the mod pack if they decide to be choosy.

It's not allowed in multiplayer. At least I don't believe it is.
