Bug Codex of the Lost is not working?

I have right clicked and I have left clicked this codex so many times but nothing has happened? I bought it yesterday after joining the day before. I had bought it to change from druid to Blood Mage after realizing that druid was not for me... I would really like to get this change done soon so I can start leveling Blood Mage...

Just going to point out codex of the lost is for lostsoul not bloodmage, codex of blood is for bloodmage.
