Coder Title glitched?

Multitalented is a coder

Issue: He is unable to wear the coder tag.
Details: I granted him the coder tag. still wouldn't let him put it on. Granted myself coder tag. I couldnt put it on. Error message recieved when trying: "You don't have that title, or it is not a prefix!" but when using /title list Coder appears as a prefix, and available.
