Can't Connect To Minecraft.Net

So the title says it all basically. I open the launder through CMD, with this code javaw -Xmx8192m -Xms4096m -jar "C:\Users\Matt\Desktop\Minecraft.exe" and the launcher loads perfectly fine. But when I click to login, it says Login Failed or Can't connect to Minecraft.net. I have no idea what's wrong with it.

Steps I've taken:

Delete, reinstall minecraft/ mods
Change date/ time on my computer
Restart several times
Try running vinilla
Reset password
Reset IP

What the hell is wrong with it...

Loging in is rarely a problem with your client or your computer, your steps were unnecessary. The authentication server is probably down.

Ah, it suddenly started working. 6 hours of hell for nothing, heh. I suppose patients is the best remedy sometimes. But I blame Kainzo. This server pwns my free time.
