Does Blaze for Geomancers actually do 120 damage?

Wiki: Blaze - Level 50 - 20 Mana - 8s CD : Create a 7 block radius field of fire, dealing 10 damage per second for 12 seconds?

Does it actually do what it says it does? :S

( I know this should go in the bug forums but Icy Aura aparently @gooscar only does 18 damage instead of doing 30)

Not sure if it's 18 or what, but it's only 2 procs during it's duration.
They main issue with Blaze atm is that it does fire damage;

At the moment all caster induced fire damage doesn't give PvP kills as they burn to death.
Blaze unlike fireball doesn't even give XP yet alone kills from mobs/players.

50, so yes- it does.
Also I want coins from mobs.
