3. How long have you been on Herocraft?: 2 years 9 months give or take a month
4. What's your favorite class/path?: Ninja, Bloodmage and Druid/Mystic are my top 3
5. How often and in what timezone can you test?: 4+ hours a day during the week, usually 8+ on the weekends.
6. What sets you apart from other members applying for this team?: I will remove bias from the class/es which I play and have background in balancing on a server which had heroes. I have an extensive knowledge of PvP and experience with rational numbers. Also I absolutely hate imbalance, I'll spend hours working numbers for balance.
7. Do you have any similar experience?: Yeah, for some time a server I used to play on had Heroes on it and I was part of a few who did balance.
8. Do you understand this team is for balancing current skills only?: Yes
9. Can you follow directions from a team lead, no matter what they ask?: Yes
