I am his girlfriend and the internet at my house is the shitties dsl that you could possibly imagine, and the only time I am able to play is while I am at his house.     Can a person Re-apply? is that allowed? because the person proctoring my friend MrKlassyKiwi hasn't been on since thursday :/ my other friend, Rachad7, posted his application yesterday and was accepted within a couple of hours. so I'm just wondering if you are able to re-apply for a different proctor?
