    limits on shops that you can rent at spawn

    just a suggestion....... limiting people on taking the shops. since more than half of them don't even have anything being sold. i understand someone renting 2-3 shops but not 5-10 shops. its kinda annoying when there's more than just those people in the server and i wold like to see more people...
