Bug You're not allowed to place Long Grass (#31:1).

Not sure if this is intended or not, but if I try to place the grass plants (not the grassy dirt blocks) I get this error. The weird thing is, I tried also to grow flowers or long grass or whatever would grow on a grassy block of dirt in my town, and it gave me the exact same message.
