I want to trade my plot of land that i have been working on as a potential site for a new township. What I ask for in return is a place in said township. Now i know this could get tricky due to trust issues. I propose that anyone who is interested and is ready to make a township NOW, get with me ingame. Thats carbash420. I believe the site is big enough for a hamlet to fit very comfortably. Also to mention there are no issues with mobs spawning, I have a decent farm area, and its relatively secluded.
