Bug WTF???

Well when I was playing I lagged then I disconnected. When I came back my levels where gone I WAS lvl 81/2 Warrior and lvl 7 crafter and it said I couldn't build and I couldn't talk or even cry for help. Also I couldn't do many of the commands. Please help me and respond to this message, thanks for your,
