Bug wood axe bug?

not 100% sure if this is a bug or some odd permission error but sense the last restart today when i chop anything with a wooden axe i get what looks like a multiverse message.

"Placed Primary Selection Point" then it shows my cods in red.

Wooden axes are used to define personal regions, which Kainzo announced yesterday are available to all whitelisted players. The permissions must have been implemented with said restart.
