im not sure if this is client side, but when i have max mana my mana bar shows full with all blue, however when i use a single skill, it doesn't reduce the % visually as it used to, now it shows a full red mana bar until im back to 100%

The mana bar mode only works with /hero verbose enabled.

I assume this is your issue. Concerning the colour, this is changeable via 'Mana Bar Options' on your Esc menu.

We'll need to account for the new mana system in the manabar. Is this for spout or unknownloners?

i do not use spout at this time, and @Troppicz its with /hero verbose enabled on the basic client so there is no mana bar options on the esc menu. kainzo knows what im talking about i believe.
