Resolved Wizard Bug

I cannot use consume when my mana amount (not percent) is at 100, my max mana is 115, also if i use consume when i have 91 or higher mana it only goes to 100 (again number , not percent).

Also, fireball costs 20 mana, dont know if that is intended or a glitch
