Bug wizard bolt range not 15 blocks

I apologize if this has been covered before, or if it was already nerfed and the wiki has yet to catch up, but the wiki says bolt range is 12 + .05 per level which would make it 15 block range at level 60. after several tests, I see only a 12 block range with bolt. Can we either update the wiki, or fix this?

In game is 99.9% of the time more accurate than wiki - so if you see an inconsistency, take it upon yourself and fix it, please :)
