Bug Window being halved

So, this isn't really a HC issue but more of a MC issue.

When I tab out, then back into the MC window, the window becomes halved, every time. I've asked about it, it happens to others, but no one has come up with a way to fix it.
Anyone got any ideas?

EDIT2: Wait, something just happened. When I resize my window, I pull it all the way down and it does that automatic resize thing where it makes it exactly fit your screen.
This time I didn't, so this time it didn't shrink when I tab out then back in, so I guess it's my computer settings or something, but I don't remember changing anything...
Any ideas?

Hm. That's a really weird issue.

Not sure exactly why you having it. I would mess around with your computer settings and see what happens.

Uninstall your brain, re-install with better brain...

Seriously though - I would try completely removing JAVA, renaming the install dir of minecraft and re-doing everything after a restart.

I'm sure you've check but I just gotta mention "just in case":
Are you using Windows 7, and could what you're experiencing have anything to do with the Snap feature?
Sometimes when I double click the top of the window (which I do to maximize it) it'll once in a while do a vertical snap to the top and bottom of the screen.

Yes, I posted above about the 'snap' feature, but forgot what it was called. If I don't use it, it doesn't resize it. But, it doesn't reaize any of my other windows, so I was just frustrated as to why it only did it to my Minecraft window.
