I read the ToS and EULA. My teamspeak server I go on told me to come play with them, so I'm making this application. I'm good at PvP, and have plenty of experience with vanilla minecraft and multiple minecraft mods/ servers filled with plugins including Shotbow, and OCTC.

Edit: While making my profile I accidentally made my year of birth 1990. I was born in 1996.

My account got compromised because it had a weak password, and I changed the password to something stronger in terms of security so it wouldn't happen again.

Understand that if your account is hacked, any issues it causes on the server is your responsibility, whether you have control of it or not.

That has nothing to do with not being whitelisted, that is a ban message, hence the word "Ban" there. I will tag Danda to remove the ban but it will take time as he has already went to sleep. @Danda - Pardon please =]
