5. How did I hear about Herocraft: sgt posted on our faction's forums about it.
6. Have I voted for Herocraft?: Yes
7: Do I agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Certainly
8: Reason I should be accepted: I am part of a pre existing faction who's only true goals are to build magnificent structures and enjoy ourselves. We have never had trouble with admins or needed warning as we follow the rules of the server we are playing on. We have kept our obedience to server rules for almost a year of being a faction/group. While we do try to be peaceful, it seems we always have conflict with someone and their group. I personally hope this can change with this server, though I'm quite experienced in PvP if this is not the case. I wish to be accepted to get the full experience from my playing on the server so I can truly decide on my vote for whether or not my faction should move here.

10. Additional Info: I am a Council Member of Kaydel, an old faction currently consisting of only 3 active players due to lack of activity on the server we were playing on. Our numbers on the largest server we played on so far peaked around 20 (on a server that usually had 20-30 players on at a time), but the few we have are loyal and we are well organized and plan to come back stronger than ever after a period of "rest" that has been caused by too much going on in RL with our members. Whether or not our comeback will be on this server will depend on what we think of it, though what I've heard and read so far has me pretty excited to try it out.
