Whitelist Application for herocraft by Tiggy856 (Rafian)

1. Minecraft In-game Name: In game name is Tiggy856
2. Location and Age: New York and 13
3. Previous bans from other servers: One ban from a server called sleak. It was about one and a half months ago. My brothers friend kept killing everybody for no reason and got the account banned. It wasnt any fault of mine or my brothers. He is unbanning the account though.
4. Referals [Optional]: Dont know what your version of a referal is.
5. How did you hear about Herocraft?: I heard of Herocraft over Skype.
6. Have you voted for Herocraft?: I think I have voted for Herocraft.
7. Have you subscribed to our Youtube Channel?: Yes I have. My Account name is RafiantheAwesome.
8. Do you agree to the Herocraft EULA & ToS?: Yes I agree to the EULA and the ToS
9. Special Key: HCT8
10. Reason you should be accepted: I should be accepted because I enjoy minecraft and RPG games and would like to try Herocraft. And if I get accepted, I will try to help out as much as I can when I learn how to play the game.
