Ok, the Additional info needs to be filled out, and can you lengthen the application in general.

Also, why is your forums profile age 15, but you are 14?

If you are 15, how come you put 13 in an application for WildCraft on the Minecraft forums about 1/2 a year ago?

Can you please lengthen 5 and 8.

As a proctor, I have to work out whether you will fit into the community, and judging people is very hard if they give very minimal information.

List things like: What you like to do in Minecraft and what your skill level is.

Its hard to work out what you are like without much information.

I'm sorry but at this moment you will not be added to the Herocraft whitelist.

There are too many inconsistancies with your story, you barely give enough information for me to make a worthwhile judgment of yourself, you are incoherent at the best of times and your account is used by other people.
