meh, a sona with ap runes Q+ passive hits for the same amount as GP's parley when he has crit damage runes during laning phase, it has a less mana use and longer range. Sona can be quite the OP champ

Depends who you're laning against, and sona isnt op she's just retarded easy to play.
Instructions: position face above keyboard, lower and roll across. Kinda like garen.

Basically if you have GP in a lane with a tank against 2 ranged supports hes gonna fail. The other team should have had vlad mid, GP solo top and tristana laning with Rammus.
In higher tier games, you'll never see retarded laning setups like that, and in reality having two supports in the same lane is a waste. They'd always get wasted by a ranged DPS + support. Also, if any lane ever starts losing like that, any decent team would switch lanes.

If you want OP, play Soraka.

you have a point, the laneing was retarded, but this blind pick, everyone is retarded. And yes, Soraka is an OP lane support, though because I lack proper runes im no good once the lanning phase is over with her

I versed a Sona/Soraka lane as Xin with a Volibear partner. It was hell and early game farming was non-existent but through perseverance and a constant gank from our jungler, we managed to get back on track. It's not like that all the time, so when you are being fucked around bad, it's just hell..

Yeah Not going to lie, but When a Soraka,Sona combo gets some Armour and mage resists with heals, they can stay in lane the whole game basically, its ridiculous
