Bug Warshard Portal to Bastion Costs Coin

Disclaimer: I have been afk while re-situating on East Coast, and I apologize if I am out of the loop. I saw a thread that claimed that portals costing coin was unintended (at least some part of it was, I havent seen that thread again), and I did not see a bug report on this.

The portal from warshard to bastion costs coin, as reported by Ejh16, a lower level player I helped upon logging in earlier.

This cannot be intended, as there is no server mechanic to allow players to directly earn coin while in Warshard.

The result? Stuck noobs, frustrated noobs, noobs quit.

Voting is not always available, although I agree that more than 95% of cases of stuck noobs could be fixed with a simple sign near the portal saying "No coin to travel? Use /vote to vote and get coin!".

There are still very few cases where people will not be able to vote for X hours and will remain stuck.

I think a better solution would be a shop inside the boat that buys 2 gold nuggets for 1c, call it the Warshard Pirate Exchange or whatever, but does not make bulk selling easy or perhaps post a sign informing noobs that a better rate is available in Bastion DHX.
