Bug Warp Fall Damage

At the central, when you take the portal back to central from completing the tutorial you take fall damage. This is the same with the new shortened tutorial when you fall from it and warps you back up.

The warp system is physics-friendly, it seems. Teleporting conserves momentum, so when you land at the other end of the portal it assumes you would have fallen the distance from before you entered the portal.

You can flag the region as "invincible" and just let it go from there.
