Having recently reached lvl 60 I got Terror. This skill is a slow/stun that I could use to perhaps close distance on rangers/casters or maybe even prevent someone from running away. But the first thing I've noticed is the warm up. So I use my skill. takes 1-2 secs to cast where I slow down. now anyone running from me will easily just run outta my skill's range as I'm warming up to cast. Then theres the announcement that I'm casting it. Any player with half a brain will proceed to move/jump back outta my range if they don't bash/kick me before i can cast it. I've had the same problem with Soulleech, unless they are moving directly at u or around u they simply just walk outta it's range while I am in warmup. This is also a problem with web You cast web on say a samurai or ninja, and by the time u cast it. they are in your face, and u end up web'n them to u, which usually results in quick death. Sure the warmups are nice for the opponent cause they get a chance to counter the skill before goes off, but if the time can't be decreased I think skills with warmups should at least have increased range so one can't just easily walk outta range.

Please, don't try to buff DK or Necromancers. Not needed right now with so many other classes full of flaws.

I have recently gotten web as a necromancer and it is wonderful. If used correctly/timed well you can make a very well trap for your target to sit in while you destroy them with skills.

Terror on the other hand was useless (as far as I could see when I played Dread Knight) because of the warm up.

Terror isn't even useful. Empathy provides a much better slow, only with damage, and limiting someones view to 5 blocks for 6 seconds isn't useful at all when all your skills and attacks are melee range.

It might be applicable in group combat, however you could be doing far greater things for your team in the 1-2 second warmup that it brings.
