Reason for ban: Accidental Scam

Your story:

Six months ago while I was playing on this server, some player came by and asked if I wanted to buy diamonds. I didn't have the right amount of money, so I asked if I could buy them anyway. The another player accepted and we traded. Because I only payed the half amount of money, the other player attacked me, so I killed him. The player was called "Supaskwirrel". After this incident, Supaswirrel wanted me to get banned, so he contacted Herocraft account management.

After six months of trying to find as good server as this, I've come to a conclusion that this is the best minecraft server available. I've learned my lesson and I promise not to scam, grief or murder any player at any time.

Now I'm asking to get whitelisted again, if that's possible. If not, please tell me the exact reason why not.

Vuoristo - 02/15/11 - Scammer (Claimed he was a Banker)

Not 6 months, but close enough.

You were a Citizen of Guardia; I was the Duke at the time. I wasn't online when it happened, but SupaSkwirrel had told me the minute I signed on that you were claiming to be a Banker to purchase Gold for Guardia and then would kill the user when they came to "Bank" with you. You weren't my Banker and it pissed me the hell off that you tried pulling that. You made me, and my City, look bad. I actually paid SupaSkwirrel because I felt bad.

I am not one to hold grudges and since you weren't banned for Hacks; you're unbanned.

Just remember; you're not a Banker! Haha.

EDIT:

Murder and Theft is legal now; in Towns. Anywhere except Zeal. (Spawn)
Griefing and using Hacks is never allowed. Or cheating. Have fun.
