Bug Voter tally not working(?)

I believe at this time I should have 16 or 17 votes registered and it is not showing. Checking to see if the same bug that occurred last month/month before is happening again with regard to my tally.

Depends on the time of the vote and when it starts counting.

I starting counting my votes after other people had votes up for June (meaning I was at 0 prior to that & waited for other people to have their votes count before voting myself).

When kenster had his arrows bug this morning and the servers went down, I voted (knowing I wouldn't get xp or souls); the votes I made did not tally toward the monthly voting total. I have been wondering how I keep falling behind on the montly vote tally despite voting every day, and wonder if this is the issue. Is there a way to check to see if the votes when offline are not counting toward the monthly tally and/or is this intended?
