Vote changes between 6/11 to 6/13

Votifier will be instaleled on a different server process during this period. You will not receive EXP for voting and there will be no notifications.

You WILL still have your vote added to hc.to/vote and you will have coin added to your account.

This is to check to see if Votifier is causing mem-leaks and crashes, it is a necessary debugging step to ensure the stability of the server. Thanks for understanding!

we may be stepping off this test, I think we found the issue but need more time to see if its fixed.
