Have you guys ever seen the movie Lord of War? If you have not, watch it, right now. It is a great movie. Right when I saw this on CNN, I instantly thought of Nicholas Cage.

I know xD but the movie is terribly inaccurate, like most movies... Apparently in the movie, he was let off the hook.

He likes like a nice old man, but he secretly arms people, who kill other people, with weapons... It's horrible!
