Bug Using /skill port spawn as a Mystic

When I use port, the skill fires up, I slow down like normal but when the skill fires off nothing happens. There isn't a cool down either.

EDIT: Just showed gabizou in game. It's confirmed a bug :p[DOUBLEPOST=1368339659,1368218648][/DOUBLEPOST]Bump?

Please fix this soon!

This happens if you and your party are in different worlds.
