Bug Using Runestone Consumes Redstone

Not sure if this is intended but using the /skill recall to activate the runestone requires 10 redstone as if you were recalling to your mark location.

I do believe this is, indeed, intended. It works as if you are using recall normally, but it brings you to the runestone's marked/bound location instead.
