No. That would provide such an unfair advantage to everybody... find somebody's mine stash in SSP creative and get it in SMP... find a way into a town...

Its also a technical issue. The map files are HUGE, gigabytes.

If I do remember correctly, mediafire free accounts have only 200 MB of upload space. HC's money should be spent on something else other than uploading a map that is constantly changing...
