Unifying Township Threads - even further

Prehaps we could, with the increase in Kingdoms, add another level.
(KoE is already doing this)

[LEVEL OF TOWNSHIP] {NAME} [ACTIVE MEMBERS] [KINGDOM ACRONYM]

If a town wasn't part of a Kingdom, it should either be left blank or prehaps make it [INDEPENDENT]

Also, for towns like Newerth, which are about to become Kingdoms, they could add the word "PLANNED" or something before hand. This will help, at a glance, with seeing which towns are planning to join together into a Kingdom.

e.g.
[Capital] {Newerth} [37] [PLANNED: NEO]

From a personal perspective, we will probably be adding a final [TOP] tag, so that it is even easier for people to see which towns have joined the TOP alliance.
