Reason for mute: I said a porn link in /ch sex, then got muted for "advertising".
Your story: Okay, first things first. Why am I GLOBAL muted for posting a porn link in /ch sex. I have posted the exact link in front of countless other mods staff, and even Kainzo, and I have never been muted, nevermind globally muted. And another thing, I saw people posting links from pornhub and other websites, yet they are not muted for advertising. Even more, the link I posted had nothing to do with minecraft in general, which is the exact same as the links other people have been posting. Evidently this mute was probably because the mod had something personal against me, not because I was "advertising", because as I have said before, other people have posted similar/exact links in the same chat yet they have not been muted, nevermind a global mute.

The following actions are prohibited while in in-game chat channels, irc, teamspeak, and any Herocraft Online related forums:

• Harassing, threatening, embarrassing, giving unwanted attention or discomfort to another player.
• Homophobic or racist terms in public chats (whether intended for public chat or not).
• Impersonation of any Herocraft Online staff member.
• Marketing, promoting or advertising of anything, or making any other form of solicitation.
  • This includes other teamspeak servers, other minecraft servers, personal vents/mumbles and other game servers that DH does not directly (or indirectly) sponsor. This is a zero tolerance rule, and will result in an immediate ban.
  • This does not include items sold on Herocraft Online Service that are indigenous to Minecraft or Herocraft, however staff does not support Real Money Trading and will not approve of trades as such.
• The use of any language besides English in main chat channels (global, trade, help, off-topic, etc).
  • This includes e-bonics, internet m.emes, and various other forms of slang.
• Spamming, begging, whining, and other similar forms of unwanted chat clutter.
• Encouraging others to violate the rules set by staff.
• Deals made in trade chat are binding.
  • The sale of town mayorships is not supported.
• Posting in a township or guild thread you are not a member of for anything other than guild business. Using their threads to start arguments or flame members will result in a 1-week forum suspension.

You are guilty of giving discomfort to other players for posting porn links and spamming them.
You are guilty of spamming.
You are guilty of advertising. (I chose to global mute you instead of BAN.)

I could ignore the other stuff as a channel mute, but when you started spamming porn links I was forced to globally mute you at the least. Please refrain from unsavory behavior in the future while using the Herocraft Online services. Thank you!

We will consider your appeal in 1 week due to the nature of the global mute, after being asked to stop as a warning and muted/unmuted as a second warning.
