Reason for ban: Greifing
Your story: I was given one warning which i followed. I stopped playing minecraft for a while and when i came back I was banned. I would like to be unbanned because I never greifed after the first warning. Thank you

You were given a three day ban in December 2013 for griefing. Are you still banned?

According to some records it seems you are unbanned you have just been removed from the whitelist.
