Bug Unable to recieve emails

I have been trying to reset my account password most of the day (for my main ID, this one was created to ask for assistance) but have been unable to receive the e-mail that would allow me to do it. I am thinking that it is likely due to AOL being a pain and automatically deleting the e-mail even before it reaches the inbox (they have done it before with other things) and so I need to check to make sure that this isn't the problem before assuming that there is anything more to it than that. Can you tell me the address that the reset e-mail should be coming from so that I can ensure that this is not the problem?
