I am unable to claim small town regions. I have deposited everything needed including souls.
I have deposited ALL mob drop items but theyre showing in gray and saying 20 are needed.

Reviewing your town bank in file shows you're missing Peridots. I'll work on adding in a better command to show the missing items required for an upgrade.
