Resolved Troubleshooting with Herocraft plugin

I have currently ran into a bug with the herocraft Class generater, namely, it won't pull up a list of skills when I want to add skills to a class. Any help would be amazing...

EDIT 1: Also, what plugins exactly would I need to make this work? Because, with the Hero plugin and essentials installed, the /heros command is unknown.
