Suggestion Travel Donor Perk

I would like to see a donor perk that makes traveling easier, at a high level. Is there any plan for implementation of Dragon Travel this map?

What about a command that places a boat or powered minecart under you, deleting it when done? This would also encourage the use of rails in general.
Fun story: I thought of this after being piggified in the river arena, but in water so I was riding a squid lol. I also thought of it while I walked Everywhere.
