A little while after I hit level 50, I started to feel like I was wasting my time. I wanted to change classes so as I worked, I would still gain xp. I think that when you hit level 50, you should be able to gain xp at about half the rate at which you do before level 50, and that xp should be transferable to the next class that you switch to. This way, players wouldn't be as obligated to switch classes every time they hit level 50.
