Track Overpowered?

I would like start this off by saying i am a Ranger myself, and think the ability to find anyone at any point on the map from any distance is a little overpowered.

Already i am seeing people selling there ability to track on trade channel.

Perhaps the problem is that the command gives the exact coordinates and your compass faces towards your target therefore anyone can track anybody for a small amount of coin with doing nothing more then typing in the command.

I think the track ability should lose the co-ordinates and just have the compass face towards the target. This way people will not be able to sell there tracking on trade unless they accompany the customer to the target. This will also eliminate the ability for people to kill someone and immediatly find there spawn point with a quick track.

This can be extremely effective for finding peoples hidden bases or hidden beds when they are raiding you.

Another option could be to just give the track ability a range of say 1000(random number) blocks.

What do u guys think? Do rangers deserve such an amazing ability or does it need to be toned down a bit?

Track is limited by X blocks. I'll have to see what I have it set at. (should be 1000)

I'll recode track to do the following -

Only allow you if you're within x blocks
Give you the co-ords within + a random number between -250 and 250.
