Suggestion Township Plugin: Citizens Auto Tax Customization

I would like to suggest adding this to townships. It would let owners or sic set a weekly/monthly tax rate. We can have a new command /town pay tax which takes out the money from the player's bank into the town bank. Also we can have it to either the player can set it up where it automatically takes out out every tax day without them having to do the command. Managers and up will have a command /town taxes to see a list of who paid and who didn't pay for that week/month. It's annoying keeping track of everyone in the town to see if they paid their taxes or not.

This is something that would be very useful for mayors and such. Though it should also be able to put exceptions and such for certain things (For example someone that payed a lot of money to town to pay for making it, or first week tax for new citizens and such). This way you could have control on who need to pay the taxes and who could be exempt of them for a while.
Also, maybe a toggle for paying taxes, for exemple someone actually giving money to town manually for like 5 weeks of taxes, then deciding not to pay. The town mayor could edit the list of people to say that this person would not have taxes to give.

Little ideas like that. There always exceptions in some things.
