Since the previous suggestion thread was 100%(ish?) positive, we'll be moving along with the actual design of the thing. The following is a list of all the towns and structures I have thought of. If you have suggestions or other regions you'd like to see, then let's hear it! Also @Kainzo might want to make a subforum for the individual balance of money, items, etc. that these regions will deal with.
This is part 1 of my region suggestion list. This part contains all of the core regions and towns:
Name - Description
Type: Structure|Town, Size: ?x?, Power: Daily / Max
Requires: Blocks|Structures, Town level
Protections (things the region protects against): BlockBreak* (so long as the town has power, money, and structures), TNT (tnt reduces power), PvP, MobSpawn
Shelter - Personal protection region outside of town. This could be upgraded to a larger region for money and items.
Type: Structure, Size: 10x10

Protections: BlockBreak, TNT
Shack - A poor man's house. Increases max town population by 1. Reduces town daily power by 1, consume 1 days of food, and generates $10/day.
Type: Structure (town tier 1), Size: 5x5
Requires: 2 (glass or thin glass), 16 (wood or log or cobblestone or dirt or gravel or sand or clay or wool or packed ice), 8 log, 1 wood door, 1 chest, 1 furnace, 1 bed, 1 sign

House - Increases max town population by 1. Reduces town daily power by 3, consume 1 days of food, and generates $25/day. Can be rebuilt from a Shack

Can be upgraded to reduce power daily by 11 and generate $140/day by being used for 21 days. Can be upgraded again to reduce power daily by 10 and generate $150/day by being used for another 21 days.

Townhall - Functions as the town bank. Increases max population by 1. Can increase town power by 3/hour for $90/hour. Can transform to next tier structure with items. Town upgrades will require the townhall to be the appropriate tier or higher.

Outpost - A military base typically used for controlling objectives or sieging towns.
