Bug Town Tax

So, out of curiosity, I decided to check my town's tax info, and this is what it showed me:

I have a few issues with this message. First, the dates are, for some reason, set several decades before the existence of the internet. Second, I find it unlikely that our town has missed three taxes; I check the town bank several times a week, and I have never seen fewer than a thousand souls in there, minimum. I suspect those "missed taxes" are related to the dates being SEVERELY out of whack.

Aren't town taxes still broken (or at least disabled)? I don't think anyone is paying taxes right now. I know my town isn't paying taxes.

Don't quote me on that.

All towns are like this. There are several town related bugs that are still being worked on.
