When I tried to set Babomba to a guest it said an internal error occurred. He was not apart of the town he just needed regions. But I got him regions using a different command.

Not adding someone to town does NOT give someone regions. Also Guest is not a rank thus you cannot set someone to it.
But I'll ask gabi to get the plugin to output a proper error message instead.

I'll get to figuring out the error. I'm sure it's having to do with attempting to save offline players (which it should be able to do).
