Bug Town Regions Issue

So, I tried to add a new recruit to my town today and it said I added him.

I used the command /town region add guest < town> <player>

The player was added and town regions say he is on it but he can't break or place blocks. He tried relogging and it didn't fix anything.

All Townships bugs are now going to @Ampayne2 with @TheYeti helping as backup.

Another township bug discovered - did /town invite +player and the player isn't receiving town invites.

The command was working fine for the 4 people I added before this player.
