Bug Town Region Claiming Bug - 'Not enough resources' message

So, I have all the required items in /town cost for SMALL in my townbank, and I went to the place I want to claim my town. Then it said 'you do not have enough resources to claim your region blah blah blah', but I do. The only thing I could see preventing this is that I have about 100 or so cobble over 10000 (the exact amount) so maybe me not having the exact amounts is bugging it.

Hope you guys can help me with this soon.. really wanted to get this region up by today ._.

@BeasttRecon have you looked at the other pages of requirements? Bookshelves, obsidian and cookies are also required, and these show up on page 2: /town cost SMALL 2

If so, then I have another question, please @Kainzo . Are the "logs" limited to a particular item code (ie for "oak logs") or can any log types be deposited to fulfill this requirement?

They are limited to 0 ... so only the first of its kind can be used.

Nvm.. witch was right.. I never read that when I did /town cost it was only page 0/2 lmfao.
