Suggestion Town Rankings!

I dont know too much about town plugin, but i did realise, that when you promote and demote someone in rank, you may not know whats next,
I am suggesting a command like ./town ranklist Where it shows you the different ranks like outlaw neutral, citizen etc @Kainzo
