Town Question

Wasn't sure where to post this so I picked here. If its in the wrong place please move it.

Town have lots of member ranks and I was wondering what is the difference between them - if any.[DOUBLEPOST=1363702878,1363362664][/DOUBLEPOST]So no one knows that the difference between Citizen, Veteran, Outcast, Enemy, etc... are ?

Owner/Manager - Build perms + recruiting perms + promotion perms.
Veteran/Citizen - Build perms.
Enemy/Neutral - No build perms in the town.

Guest - Build perms but not a member of the town.

How do you see guest access ? When I use the region command is shows the Kingdom users not town.
